The two separate charges
MyCleanPC has two distinct pricing components, and it's worth understanding them separately. The first is the software licence: £19.99 per year, charged annually and billed in advance on a recurring basis. This gives you access to the repair and clean-up features that act on your diagnostic scan results.
The second is live technical support: £19.95 per month, billed separately on a monthly recurring basis. This is an optional add-on — you do not need to take the live support to use the software. Both charges are made to the card provided at sign-up. All prices include applicable VAT.
What auto-renewal means
Both the annual licence and the monthly live support are subscriptions — they continue automatically until you cancel. The annual licence renews each year; the monthly support renews each month. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
This means that if you signed up in March, your annual licence renews the following March. If you signed up for live support in March, you are charged again in April, May, and so on. You do not need to do anything for the renewal to happen — it occurs automatically.

How to cancel
Cancellation is straightforward. You can cancel at any time by calling the UK freephone number 0800 018 3305. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also cancel by using the live chat function, by sending an email, or by submitting a cancellation request through the contact form at www.mycleanpc.co.uk.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. So if you cancel the annual licence mid-year, you retain access until your next renewal date rather than losing access immediately. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by applicable law.
If you want to cancel both the software licence and the live support, make sure to request both cancellations — they are separate subscriptions, so cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other.
